Drivers can report routes where no toilet is available, facilities are unreliable or inaccessible, or toilets are dirty, unsafe or unsuitable to use.

Who should complete the survey?
The survey is open to current London bus drivers. Drivers can submit a separate response for each route they wish to report.
What can be reported?
You can report routes where there is no toilet at one or both ends, facilities are locked or unavailable during parts of the day, access depends on nearby businesses, or toilets are dirty, unsafe or unsuitable to use.

The survey is anonymous and takes only a few minutes to complete.
How your information will be used
Responses will be reviewed by London Bus Forums News as part of our investigation into toilet provision across London’s bus network. Personal details will not be published without permission.
