Passengers will pay 10p more for a single bus or tram journey, while daily and weekly caps will also increase
London bus and tram fares will rise to £1.85 from November, ending the latest freeze on prices.
The adult pay-as-you-go fare will increase by 10p from £1.75 from 4.30am on Sunday, 1 November.
Passengers using the Hopper fare will still be able to make unlimited bus and tram journeys within an hour for £1.85, provided they use the same Oyster card, contactless card or device.
The daily bus and tram cap will rise from £5.25 to £5.55, while a seven-day Bus & Tram Pass will increase from £24.70 to £26.10.
A one-day Bus & Tram Pass will rise from £6 to £6.40. Monthly passes will cost £100.30, while an annual pass will increase to £1,044.
The changes form part of a wider increase in TfL bus and tram fares approved by Mayor of London Sadiq Khan earlier this year.
Bus and tram fares had been frozen at £1.75 throughout 2024 and 2025 and remained unchanged for most of 2026.The current £1.75 adult fare has been in place since March 2023.
Other TfL fares, including many Tube and rail journeys, increased earlier this year.
